Studio Noorderfabriek, a beautiful and atmospheric location in Amsterdam, invited Michael Cervino for an exclusive pop-up experience. Guests were treated to an immersive culinary experience; a journey that goes beyond the palate. Michael cooked right in front of their eyes while sharing personal anecdotes, his favorite ingredients and uniquely prepared dishes. A 5-course fine dining menu called Under The Italian Sun, inspired by Michael's memories of traveling through Italy, visiting his Italian family, and warmth of togetherness under the Italian sun. All with a live DJ performance to keep the atmosphere lively.
