You will be treated to an immersive culinary experience; a journey that goes beyond the palate. Michael will be cooking right in front of your eyes while sharing personal anecdotes, his favorite ingredients and uniquely prepared dishes.
All with a live DJ performance to keep the atmosphere lively.

Michael will treat you to a 5-course fine dining menu called “Under The Italian Sun.", inspired by Michael’s memories of traveling through Italy, visiting his Italian family, and warmth of togetherness under the Italian sun.
